Trey Miguel vs TJP on IMPACT Wrestling

Trey is looking to get back into the X-Division Title scene

Trey Miguel was able to hang with TJP for a while and was even able to hit a quick standing moonsault on the former IMPACT Wrestling X-Division Champion. However, eventually, TJP was able to lock Trey in a modified Muta Lock, looking to get The Rascal to tap.

Trey made it to the ropes to break the hold. TJP hit him with a classic Eddie Guerrero style tope atomico for a one-count. Trey got back to his feet and created some space between himself and TJP. It wasn't enough, as a crossbody was countered with a standing dropkick.

TJP was hit with a Cheeky Nandos kick shortly after but caught Trey going for a 619. Trey shook free for a spinning roundhouse that rocked his opponent. TJP moved to the floor where he was hit with a suicide dive. Back inside, Trey moved up top but was caught for a sky-high superplex.

Trey was trapped in an octopus stretch. Before he could get to the ropes, TJP transitioned to the TJP Clutch. Trey, again, refused to submit, grabbing the ropes. He was spiked with a corner kick-off tornado DDT, but avoided the Mamba Splash.

TJP's Detonation Kick was avoided, and a double knee to the chest crushed TJP. The diving meteora connected, giving Trey Miguel a huge victory over TJP.

Results: Trey Miguel defeated TJP via pinfall on IMPACT Wrestling.

They were chased off by IMPACT personnel and the IMPACT Wrestling Tag Team Champions.
