#4. Daniel Bryan's WWE character could have been called Buddy Peacock

Daniel Bryan was called Bryan Danielson on the Independent Circuit, but when he came to WWE, the company wanted to change his name. Brie Bella revealed as part of her memoirs that WWE wanted to call Daniel Bryan, Buddy Peacock, something that would definitely have made a difference when it came to his career.

A few months later, they developed a storyline for me and Nicole where we were both in hot pursuit of him (he picked his WWE Superstar name, Daniel Bryan, by the way, over Buddy Peacock … even though Buddy Peacock would definitely be a great p**n name) because we had heard that his virginity was up for grabs.

The twins were brought into a storyline with Bryan where they fought for his affections, but in the end, they lost out to Gail Kim.

#3. Brie and Daniel's cute first kiss

Brie and Daniel's story hasn't been told on Total Divas since they had already been dating for a number of years when the show began. The book was a way for Brie to share the story of how they started dating and how the couple had their first kiss, which is actually very much like a chick flick.

I probably should have brushed my teeth. The elevator in her building was unreliable, and so I took the stairs. I felt like I was doing a reverse walk of shame. Bryan was down there waiting for me, and as I went to open the gate, he grabbed me and gave me a kiss. It’s funny, because I thought he was going to be a bad kisser—maybe I had bounced from the car because I had been scared to find out—but he was fantastic. That’s high praise coming from a kissing bandit like me.
