Santino Marella is returning back to fitness and may wrestle again sooner than expected.

Santino Marella tweeted saying that he has returned to working out since the weekend. He tweeted on Sunday:

Day 1 back at the gym, trained arms, shoulders, cardio and core, neck felt ok, did cervical traction too, felt my nerves waking up
