The Rock's return at WWE Bad Blood added yet another layer of mystery to The Bloodline Saga. Despite there being reports of his return prior to the premium live event, not many believed it would actually happen. However, now that he is here, it raises the question of whether he is back full-time or not.
The People's Champion is not back in WWE full-time. His appearance at WWE Bad Blood was possibly just a teaser to let Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes know that he is watching every move, and they shouldn't forget that he is still The Final Boss. However, the WWE Universe shouldn't expect The Brahma Bull on every episode of TV moving forward.
Fans can potentially expect to see The Rock appear on a few episodes of SmackDown before Survivor Series since WarGames will likely be a war of The Bloodline. If he doesn't make any appearances before the November PLE, it's possible he will make his proper comeback in January 2025 when WWE RAW moves to Netflix.
When The Final Boss is back for good, he has already stated that he will pursue the Undisputed WWE Championship and attempt to destroy Cody Rhodes in the process. Currently, The American Nightmare might continue working with Roman Reigns against The Bloodline or we could see him begin a feud with Kevin Owens after KO attacked him after Bad Blood.
Solo Sikoa may have confirmed working with The Rock
Ever since The Street Champion took over The Bloodline following WrestleMania XL, rumors have swirled that it has actually been The Rock pulling the strings. Unfortunately, there was no way to confirm any of it since Solo Sikoa was wearing the Ula Fala.
At WWE Bad Blood, The new Bloodline's Tribal Chief claimed it was all a part of the plan when The Brahma Bull entered the arena. This is an indication that The Street Champion was well aware of The Final Boss' plan for WWE Bad Blood and hence, he wasn't shocked.
If The Rock and Solo SIkoa are working together it'd definitely make sense due to the way the story has progressed so far. Their union will explain Sikoa's sudden burst of confidence and motivation to take control of Roman Reigns' faction.
