Zilla Fatu is the son of the late great Umaga. He is a fourth-generation wrestler from the Anoa'i family and has been trained by WWE Hall of Famer Booker T. Fatu is one of the few active pro wrestlers from the legendary Samoan family who aren't signed to the global juggernaut. However, there have been speculations of him soon making his way to the company.

Fatu began working with Game Changer Wrestling (GCW) on April 6, 2024. He shockingly missed an event hosted by the promotion on September 21, 2024, despite being advertised. This led many to believe he was moving to WWE. However, that is not the case. GCW later clarified that it reached an "impasse" with the upstart, and he would not be appearing on its shows for the foreseeable future.

Since parting ways with GCW, the real-life Bloodline member's debut for Limitless Wrestling has already been announced. He will make his first appearance in the promotion on October 26, 2024.

Zilla Fatu explained he is in no rush to join The Bloodline

The Bloodline's history isn't limited to Roman Reigns, The Usos, and Solo Sikoa, but it extends to The Rock, the late Wild Samoans (Afa & Sika), Rikishi, and others.

During an interview with Joey Franchize, Zilla Fatu revealed that he would join his relatives in WWE when the time was right. Fatu added that he was in no rush to make the move and would continue to wrestle on the independent circuit.

"I feel like we all deserve it because I got people that came before us. The people that came before me, you gotta give them their flowers, like Afa and Sika, like [Jimmy] Snuka and The Rock and Peter Maivia. Those guys really started this foundation for our family. Then obviously, The Rock, Rikishi, my uncle, [Yokozuna], they all took it to a whole another level. Then you got Roman [Reigns], The Usos, The Bloodline, they, taking it to a whole another level. So, it’s really a family business for real, and I’m just so happy and blessed to be a part of this. I’m coming up too. Like I said, I’m on the indies. But I’m not in no rush."

Besides Zilla Fatu, Tama Tonga's brother Hikuleo is also expected to join the new Bloodline. Currently, the faction consists of Solo Sikoa, Tama, Tonga Loa, and Jacob Fatu.
