Triple H and the WWE creative team continue to work on The Bloodline storyline, and the return of Jimmy Uso and The Rock created new angles in the story. As fans expect the feud to peak at Survivor Series: WarGames Premium Live Event, Triple H could bring back a superstar from the Attitude Era.
This superstar is WWE legend Rikishi, who has been very active on social media about The Bloodline storyline, which features his sons Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso.
Rikishi has teased a WWE return
A female WWE star said her life is in danger. Details HERE
For several months now, Rikishi has been teasing a WWE return. He started doing so during the build-up to the Jey Uso vs. Jimmy Uso match at WrestleMania 40, and he didn't rule out the possibility of a comeback after several years.
During an interview with Love Wrestling, he said:
"I’ve been hearing that over the last 16 hours since I’ve been here signing for the Love of Wrestling fans. ‘Are you coming back?’ I go, ‘What are you talking about?’ ‘We need you to come back to settle this drama going on between your kids.’ I’m like, I don’t know. I really don’t know. Will it happen? Maybe. Can it happen? Of course." [Wrestling Headlines]
Triple H still has to bring Rikishi back before it is too late, as The Bloodline saga is expected to reach its peak at Survivor Series: WarGames.
Rikishi could manage the new Bloodline
The Rock's return as a heel was a sign that The Final Boss is seemingly set to take over The Bloodline 2.0 and lead Solo Sikoa and the faction to a blockbuster match against Roman Reigns, Jimmy Uso, and any other superstar who will side with them.
On that occasion, Rikishi's potential return could see him become the new manager of The Bloodline and adopt a similar role to the one Paul Heyman had. In addition, with Rikishi's back, the WWE Hall of Famer could also return after a four-month hiatus to reunite with Roman Reigns as The Wiseman and confront the 58-year-old.
Triple H could bring Rikishi back to convince Jey Uso to reunite with The Bloodline
It has been more than a year since Jey Uso left The Bloodline and emerged as a top star on Monday Night RAW. The Intercontinental Champion is expected to be involved in the potential Bloodline Civil War, but it is unclear if he will move to SmackDown to join the feud.
Thus, if Triple H brings Rikishi back, the WWE legend could convince Jey to reunite with Roman Reigns and Jimmy Uso, who had a face turn upon their comeback.
Even if Rikishi manages to do so, Jey Uso will need to find a way to leave the red brand, which could happen only if he drops the Intercontinental Championship to Bron Breakker or other superstars.
