Jacob Fatu has been nothing short of a menace since making his WWE debut. Joining his cousin Solo Sikoa in The Bloodline, Fatu is now serving as the new Enforcer of the group. He has destroyed everyone in his path, and tonight on SmackDown may be no different. After all, he could end up injuring a former WWE world champion in a brutal assault.
The former WWE world champion in question is Kevin Owens. KO has always been in the main title picture as a former Universal Champion. However, in recent years, he has been a bit preoccupied with The Bloodline. Even last week, at Money in the Bank, Owens sided with Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton as they took on Sikoa's new regime. Well, Jacob Fatu could now remove him from the picture entirely.
Despite the loss, Owens, Rhodes, and Orton aren't the ones to lick their wounds and stay down. They will likely confront The Bloodline again tonight. Tired of having to deal with The Viper and The Prizefighter night in and night out, Sikoa could order Jacob Fatu to take them out. Now, Orton, being as cunning as he is, might fight a way to slither out of trouble, but Owens could get hurt as a result of this attack.
A kayfabe injury would give Kevin Owens a nice break to rest and recuperate with his family. He can then return a while later, perhaps after Rhodes' feud with The Bloodline is over, and challenge him for the Undisputed WWE Championship. That being said, this is just speculation, and the fans will have to wait and see how things unfold tonight.
Jacob Fatu personally acknowledged Solo Sikoa as his Tribal Chief
When Jacob Fatu made his debut on SmackDown, many questioned his loyalties. After all, he was an unhinged machine that left even the Tongans looking a little shaken. Furthermore, Solo Sikoa couldn't seem to get through when Fatu initially started his attack. But, these doubts have been put to rest thanks to the recent actions of the Samoan Werewolf.
On the last two episodes of SmackDown, and after the match at Money in the Bank, Fatu makes a gesture that proves his loyalties lie with The Street Champion. Fatu took the garland that was once famously worn by the previous Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns, and put it on Solo himself. In other words, he has most certainly acknowledged him as his one and only Tribal Chief.
The storyline surrounding The Bloodline gets more and more interesting, week after week. The WWE Universe will have their eyes glued to the screen heading into tonight's SmackDown because everyone wants to know what is next for the group.
