Jacob Fatu's WWE debut is much awaited by the WWE Universe, but the concerns about him overshadowing Solo Sikoa's growing dominance have played a role in the delay. However, it might not be the only reason why WWE is waiting to finally present The Tonga Kid's son to the WWE Universe.
Currently, The Bloodline consists of Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa. When Roman Reigns returns to WWE, it is expected that a feud will brew between The Tribal Chief and The Enforcer. If Reigns returns at Money in the Bank 2024, the feud could ideally set up a match between them at SummerSlam.
At SummerSlam 2024, the story would end if Reigns secures the win. Instead, Solo Sikoa can secure the victory by having Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and the debuting Hikuleo (allegedly Talla Tonga) interfere during the match. Once Reigns suffers a defeat, he'll look for allies in The Usos and, finally, we may see Jacob Fatu making his debut.

Having Fatu debut as a babyface can ensure he doesn't overshadow Sikoa's heel character, and it can balance the two sides of The Bloodline. The babyfaces – Reigns, The Usos, and Fatu – can take on the heels – Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, Tanga Loa, and Talla Tonga – at Survivor Series: WarGames.
It would be the perfect way to end The Bloodline's story, where the original members of the faction take down the current ruthless iteration of the group.
How is Jacob Fatu related to Roman Reigns and The Usos?
The Tribal Chief and The Samoan Werewolf are part of the legendary Anoa'i Family.
Roman Reigns' father, Sika Anoa'i, and Jacob Fatu's grandmother, Vera Anoa'i, are siblings. Jacob Fatu's father, Sam Fatu (The Tonga Kid), and The Tribal Chief are first cousins. Therefore, Fatu is Roman Reigns' first cousin once removed.
On the other hand, The Tonga Kid and Rikishi (The Usos' father) are brothers. Hence, Fatu and The Usos are first cousins.
