Jade Cargill makes in-arena debut on NXT during major championship match

Jade Cargill appeared in the arena for the first time ever in WWE on the latest episode of NXT.

The former TBS Champion has been shown backstage on multiple programs in the company, where she's interacted with the likes of Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Adam Pearce, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair. She's the first major female star to make the jump from AEW to WWE.

Last week on NXT, she appeared on a TV monitor during the closing moments of the show, after Lyra Valkyria left the room. At Halloween Havoc this week, Valkyria challenged Becky Lynch for the coveted NXT Women's Championship in the main event of the show.

Before the match started, Jade Cargill showed up in the arena by the crowd section to watch the match. She received a nice pop from the audience, who were surprised to see her.

Lyra Valkria ended up dethroning Becky Lynch to win the title. It hasn't been confirmed yet which brand Jade Cargill will be assigned to. If she ends up on the developmental brand, she could end up challenging Lyra for the NXT Women's Title.
