Jade Cargill hasn't been on television since being attacked backstage at WWE SmackDown. However, she can make a major revelation for the final episode of the brand in 2024 tonight.
Jade Cargill was seen bloodied and bruised backstage on the November 22 episode of WWE SmackDown. As a result, she was replaced by Bayley at Survivor Series: WarGames. Since she was one half of the Women's Tag Team Champions with Bianca Belair, the latter had to find a new partner for the meantime, which turned out to be Naomi. Interestingly, the identity of Jade's attacker has yet to be known, but it might be her own partner and The Glow themselves.
It should be noted that Jade was attacked during Bianca's Women's United States tournament match, which saw Chelsea Green advance since Belair chose to try and aid her partner instead. While this can be seen as a heroic act, it could be a subtle indicator that it was a two-person job that also involved The EST of WWE.
While some may see Belair sacrificing her spot in the Women's United States Championship tournament match as a noble act, it could also indicate that she and Naomi were desperate enough to team up together and the only way to do that was to get rid of Cargill.
It's been known that Bianca and The Glow are close friends in real life and on-screen. Although they have already teamed up before, they can't continue doing so due to Jade. It could also explain why The Glow quickly presented herself as Bianca's partner, making her the Women's Tag Team Champion. Tonight on WWE SmackDown, Jade can make a surprise return to confront her supposed friends about their actions.
What did Naomi say about Jade Cargill after winning the Tag Team Championship on WWE SmackDown?
Several female stars from WWE SmackDown have accused The Glow of being Jade's attacker. Despite the accusations, Naomi continues to ignore them and defend her friendship with Cargill.
After helping Bianca retain the Women's Tag Team Championship last week, Naomi noted that it felt like a full circle moment for her due to her negative history with the titles. She noted that it was unfortunate that it had to be under the current circumstances, but said she could do it with Bianca Belair and dedicated the win to Jade Cargill.
It remains to be seen when fans will see Jade Cargill on Friday Night SmackDown again.
