The 33-year-old Japanese Wrestling star KENTA spoke to media this past weekend confirming that he is working on relocating to Orlando for NXT.
WWE had announced that they have officially signed KENTA, after a public deal was struck between the two parties during their tour to Japan.
KENTA said that he had no worries with WWE changing his ring name if they wanted to.
He added that he is working to better his English and was more than happy to start from the scratch to make it big in WWE.
Earlier, the signing of KENTA had taken place in Osaka which was WWE’s live event venue, as hall of fame Hulk Hogan was part of the roster that travelled to Japan to hype the deal. He supervised the signing segment and was joined by “Mouth of the South” Jimmy Hart in the ring.
After the confirmation of his status as a WWE Superstar, KENTA expressed his gratitude saying,” I am humbled to join WWE's NXT division and look forward to honing my craft with the global leader in sports-entertainment."
