Jeff Cobb is an American professional wrestler. Born on July 11, 1982, his full name is Jeffrey Cobb. Before joining professional wrestling, Cobb was an amateur wrestler and also represented Guam at the 2004 Summer Olympics. He began wrestling inside the squared circle in 2009 and made a name for himself in the independent circuit. While he failed to join WWE in 2014 after a WWE Performance Center tryout, Cobb soon started working for Lucha Underground, Pro Wrestling Guerilla, and Progress Wrestling in the next few years.

In 2017, Cobb started working for New Japan Pro Wrestling and has been a regular star there ever since. Here, he has won the IWGP Tag Team Championship, the NEVER Openweight Championship, and the NJPW World Television Championship. Jeff Cobb mainly uses the Tour of the Islands as his finishing move. He is known for his incredible strength, power, and athleticism in the ring. Besides the tour, he also uses Gachimuchi and The Cyclone Splash to make his opponents stay lifeless on the mat for the three count.

Tour of the Islands

Perhaps Cobb's most well-known finisher, "Tour of the Islands" is a seated falling power slam, where Cobb lifts his opponent up onto his shoulders, takes a few steps forward, and then slams them down to the mat with incredible force.

Gachimuchi

This finisher is a modified version of a German suplex. Cobb lifts his opponent up onto his shoulders, similar to the Tour of the Islands, but instead of slamming them down, he falls backward, driving his opponent's back and shoulders into the mat.

The Cyclone Splash

A high-impact splash, The Cyclone Splash involves Cobb climb to the top rope and come crashing down onto his opponent.
