
Je'von Evans is an American professional wrestler signed to WWE and competing on the NXT brand. Before joining WWE, he wrestled under names like Jay Malachi and Kid Black Merica across various independent promotions, including Deadlock Pro-Wrestling, Fire Star Pro Wrestling, and Premier Wrestling Federation. He held several titles in his independent run, including the DPW World's Title, FSPW Heavyweight and South Eastern Titles, FSPW Tag Team Title, and twice the PWF Tag Team Title.
Evans entered WWE in 2024 as a face. He debuted at NXT Stand and Deliver, defeating Brooks Jensen and setting an NXT PLE record. Evans later faced Ilja Dragunov in a losing effort and also competed against Oro Mensah, Scrypts, and Noam Dar.
