Jey Uso made history last Monday on RAW after dethroning Bron Breakker in the main event to become the Intercontinental Champion. This was the first singles title for The Yeet Master after 14 years in the industry.

It was the only thing missing from Jey Uso during his time on the red brand, where he has emerged as a top star. Now the Intercontinental Champion, the former Bloodline member is preparing for his first title defense.

And the first callenger could be none other than one of the top heels in WWE right now, Dominik Mysterio. Dirty Dom and Jey have been feuding for months now, and especially after Rhea Ripley's WWE return in the summer.

Thus, Dominik Mysterio could step up and issue a challenge to Jey for a title match on the main event of RAW. Should this happen, an interference from The Judgment Day could help Dominik upset The Yeet Master and dethrone him just a week after he won the Intercontinental Championship.

If this turn of events comes to a pass, Dominik Mysterio would then bring the belt at Bad Blood this Saturday, October 5, when he will be locked into a Shark Cage for the Women's World Championship match between Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley.

He would then be able to use the belt by dropping it to Liv during the match, and with the usual shenanigans causing the referee to be distracted, Morgan could hit Ripley with the Intercontinental Title. This advantage could lead her to retain her Women's World Championship.

Jey Uso and Rhea Ripley have seemingly started a romantic on-screen relationship after Dominik Mysterio's betrayal at SummerSlam.

Dirty Dom has sided with Liv Morgan, while Jey has come to the aid of Rhea in her rivalry with The Judgment Day's power couple. Morgan recently opened up about the on-screen relationship between Uso and Ripley, saying that it would help Mami move on from Dominik Mysterio.

"It definitely adds a welcomed dynamic. You know, he’s so beloved, as much as we hate him right now for getting his nose in our business. But, you know, honestly, really, really, really, if, if he is enough to get Rhea to stop being so obsessed with my Daddy Dom, then I’m all for it. I’m all for it," she told the New York Post, via 411 Mania.

Even though it remains unclear what direction the WWE will follow with the two romantic storylines, it could give the opportunity for some mixed tag team action, where Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan would face Jey Uso and Rhea Ripley.
