Jey Uso, Sami Zayn, and CM Punk helped The OG Bloodline stand tall at Survivor Series and defeat the new Bloodline at a WarGames Match. They previously faced at the Crown Jewel Premium Live Event, where Solo Sikoa and team defeated Roman Reigns and The Usos.
Going forward, fans expect CM Punk to move on from the storyline, as his appearance next to The OG Bloodline was a one-off, and he will now move to his next storyline on RAW.

In a recent episode of WrestleVotes Radio on Backstage Pass, it was noted that WWE Creative plans to continue The OG Bloodline storyline, meaning that Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, Jimmy Uso and Sami Zayn will stay together for the foreseeable future.

Sami Zayn says Survivor Series: WarGames is not the end of The OG Bloodline
Sami Zayn helped The OG Bloodline defeat the new Bloodline and even the odds at the faction's Civil War. As we said, The WarGames Match at Survivor Series was not the end of the storyline.
Speaking in the post-show press conference, the former Intercontinental Champion compared The Bloodline storyline to his storyline with Kevin Owens and made it clear that this was not the end of The OG Bloodline.
"I think the Bloodline thing, because of the length of time, for how long it’s gone on now, and the level of fan investment over the last few years, I feel like the closest thing I can kind of compare it to is my story with Kevin Owens, wherein it’s sort of a story that I think is always gonna be there...So I don’t have a definitive answer for you, I don’t know, but it’s definitely not the end. I don’t know if this is like, ‘We’re back and we’re running it just like we did two years ago’, but it’s never really gonna be over because it’s family," Zayn told media. [H/T WrestleTalk]
