This week on RAW, fans were left shocked as Jey Uso lost the Intercontinental Championship to Bron Breakker. Looking back, there really was only one reason why the Main Event's reign lasted less than a month, and that reason is Solo Sikoa. The leader of The Bloodline cost Jey dearly by making his presence felt on Monday night. Well, best believe Uso will be out for some revenge, and he may give his little brother a taste of his own medicine in the coming weeks.
On Friday, SmackDown will play host to a number one contender's match for the WWE Tag Team Championship. It will see #DIY take on the Motor City Machine Guns, and the winner gets a chance to challenge The Bloodline. It is via this avenue that Jey Uso can exact his revenge on Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, and The Tongans in what would be a cruel twist of fate.
As things stand, the Motor City Machine Guns are the favorites to come out on top this Friday. If this comes to pass, they will take on Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa sometime in the coming weeks. When the match does happen, the pride of The Bloodline will be on the line as they look to hold on to their only piece of silverware.
This is where Jey Uso could come in and play a role similar to what Solo Sikoa did a few nights ago. When they least expect it, the YEET Master can attack and cost The Tongans the WWE Tag Team Title.
This would be quite the moment on SmackDown and one that would leave Solo Sikoa livid. But this is nothing more than mere speculation. There is no telling what the future holds, let alone if Jey plans to take revenge.
Solo Sikoa claims he was trying to help Jey Uso on RAW
There is no denying that Solo Sikoa and The Bloodline were the cause of Jey Uso's defeat on RAW. However, when reviewing the tape, their reason for appearing on the red brand is somewhat shocking. Contradictory to their actions over the last few months, The Street Champion and his subordinates may have been there to help Jey, or so they claim.
Upon making his presence felt on RAW, Sikoa was confronted by Uso. The latter was clearly not happy to see Solo, especially during such an important match. However, in a shocking turn of events, the new Tribal Chief claimed he was there to help Jey, and his actions proved the same.
Not only did he get The Tongans to help, but at one point, he even shoved the 38-year-old away and prevented him from receiving a devastating Spear from Bron Breakker.
Of course, everything went to hell a while later when Jacob Fatu got involved, and Sikoa showed no remorse. But, his actions, while certainly infuriating for Jey, give the WWE Universe food for thought.
