John Cena is set to begin his retirement tour in a month. The RAW premiere on Netflix (January 6, 2025) will be the first stop of the Cenation Leader's farewell tour in WWE.
John Cena has announced that he will work the premium live events in 2025 and compete at Elimination Chamber on March 1.
John Cena has been part of WWE's updated promotional poster, along with another five superstars. Let's take a look at them:
#6. Jey Uso could get a title opportunity at Elimination Chamber
A top AEW star just called one of his colleagues 'spoiled' and 'narcissistic' HERE.
The Yeet Master had had a great singles run on RAW before moving to SmackDown to reunite with Roman Reigns and The OG Bloodline against The New Bloodline.
Jey Uso became the Intercontinental Champion before dropping the title and starting a feud with Solo Sikoa and Co. It is unclear what plans WWE Creative has for him at the Chamber, but he could either compete for the World Heavyweight Championship or have a match with Jacob Fatu.
#5. Bianca Belair could have returned to singles competition
WWE has to decide what is next for the Women's Tag Team Champion now that her partner, Jade Cargill, is out following a backstage assault on SmackDown.
The EST of WWE will either keep the titles and find a new tag team partner or be forced to vacate them and return to singles competition.
Given her status, the expectation is that she will fight for the Women's World Championship at Elimination Chamber—or the Women's Championship if she stays on SmackDown.
#4. Rhea Ripley has unfinished business with Liv Morgan
Rhea is going after Liv Morgan, aiming to get revenge on her. Still, she has been unable to reclaim the title she was forced to vacate after WrestleMania 40.
The rivalry between Rhea and Liv continues to intensify, with Raquel Rodriguez also being part of it. What the plan is for The Eradicator at the Elimination Chamber remains unclear, still we expect her to either fight for the title or be part of a tag team match against Liv and Raquel.
#3. Liv Morgan could look to become a double champion at Elimination Chamber
Liv has done a phenomenal job as a heel since she returned earlier his year. She has completed her revenge tour and has claimed the Women's World Championship.
If WWE plans to follow her through WrestleMania 41, she will defend her championship inside the Elimination Chamber. Another scenario is that she could pursue the Women's Tag Team Titles along with Raquel Rodriguez, seeking to become a double champion.
#2. CM Punk could be the World Heavyweight Champion by March 1
CM Punk has made it clear he will go after the World Heavyweight Championship before shifting his focus to Seth Rollins. The rivalry between them is nowhere close to its peak, and the question is if The Best in the World would have dethroned Gunther by the Elimination Chamber or not.
Either way, unless he is John Cena's opponent for his final Elimination Chamber, he will be part of the title match that will main event the show.
#1. John Cena will show up at the Elimination Chamber one last time
It will be his final Elimination Chamber, as he will retire at the end of 2025. WWE has used John Cena as the face of the promotional video and poster for the PLE in Toronto, Canada, on March 1.
What John Cena will do there remains unclear. He could go after the World Heavyweight Champion, aiming to become a record 17th-time World Champion, or he could have one final match against a fellow top star.
