John Cena hasn't been seen on WWE TV since interfering in the main event of WrestleMania XL. The Cenation Leader's in-ring career is winding down, but he's made sporadic appearances as of late and should do so at this year's SummerSlam. The Biggest Party of the Summer emanates from Cleveland Browns Stadium, a place one champion is all too familiar with.

Logan Paul is likely to enter SummerSlam as the United States Champion. The YouTube megastar could be defending the title against LA Knight, given recent frosty encounters between the pair.

The two polarizing stars might need to be kept in check, and there's no better person for the job than John Cena. The 16-time World Champion has dealt with some of the biggest egos in WWE history.

Corey Graves deleted his Tweet! More details HERE.

The 47-year-old could be free from the clutches of Hollywood this summer, and a refereeing role would suit him. It could lead to hints of future matches of his own against Logan Paul and LA Knight.

John Cena will ensure the WWE United States Championship match goes without a hitch

John Cena is no stranger to donning a WWE official's jersey, as he was a special guest referee last year. The Doctor of Thuganomics officiated LA Knight's win against The Miz at Payback.

The two-time Royal Rumble winner made sure Miz didn't get away with any of his usual cheating shenanigans. He could be tasked with keeping Logan Paul in check given The Maverick has been using brass knuckles in his matches.

John Cena can also make sure the United States Champion doesn't get any help from A-Town Down Under. Austin Theory and Grayson Waller have aligned with the YouTuber for several months and could be an issue for LA Knight at SummerSlam.

WWE has enjoyed a record-breaking year regarding attendance numbers, viewership and merchandise sales. The Triple H era is well underway and a lot of the company's recent success has come from its social media presence.

John Cena isn't only a WWE legend but a worldwide superstar who is a major success in Hollywood. He creates headlines every time he returns to the promotion while not filming for an upcoming blockbuster.

Logan Paul is one of the most popular social media influencers in the world. The Ohio-born star boasts 27 million followers on Instagram and has been pushed as a megastar since debuting in April 2022.

WWE could boost its viewership and online following by booking Cena and Paul in the same storyline. This could also help get more eyes on LA Knight, who is still on the rise to the company's main event level.

LA Knight's crowning moment could lead to a future match against John Cena

Logan Paul has defended his United States Championship just twice since defeating Rey Mysterio for the title at Crown Jewel (November 4). It's about time the 29-year-old dropped the title to a star who's willing to compete regularly.

LA Knight fits the bill, as he's extremely over with fans and is still awaiting singles gold. It could be his fast track toward the main event scene if he were to beat Paul at SummerSlam.

It wasn't all sunshine and lollipops between the fastest-rising megastar in WWE and John Cena last year. There were hints of tension between the pair despite Cena lifting his arm in victory over The Miz.

LA Knight's United States title win could lead to a post-match angle between himself and Cena. They could set in motion a future match, potentially at WrestleMania 41.
