John Cena's replacement for WWE Tour announced by HBK, matches revealed

So who’s next?

As reported earlier, WWE United States champion John Cena had suffered a broken nose last Monday Night RAW due to which he had to be pulled out from all the upcoming WWE events up until the go-home RAW episode of SummerSlam and the pay per view itself.

The question of who will be replacing the 15-time World champion was answered today by WWE Australia and it’s going to be Cesaro. The Swiss superman has been included in the tour down under and he will be replacing Cena to face Kevin Owens

The announcement came from guest General Manager Shawn Michaels who replaced Hulk Hogan after WWE terminated his contract.

Following was the statement of WWE Australia regarding the same:

“Unfortunately due to an injury sustained at WWE Raw this past week, John Cena is unable to travel and will no longer be appearing at next week’s Australian events. General Manager for the Australian events, Shawn Michaels, has today announced that former WWE United States& WWE Tag-Team Champion Cesaro has been added to the tour and will appear at all three WWE Live events.”

The matches are as follows:

  • WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match
  • Dean Ambrose vs Seth Rollins,

Cesaro vs Kevin Owens,

Randy Orton vs Sheamus,

Neville vs King Barrett,

R-Truth vs Luke Harper

Emma and Natalya vs Brie Bella and Nikki Bella.

NXT Championship Match

Finn Balor vs Bo Dallas

Fandango vs Adam Rose

WWE Live will be at Australia from August 6 to August 8,2015.
