With Ambrose becoming a free agent, he is easily the hottest non-contracted Superstar in the wrestling world right now, and a lot of companies will be looking to get dates from Ambrose in the future.
AEW has brought fresh buzz in the wrestling world, which has been largely dominated by WWE since 2001 after they bought WCW.
Dave Meltzer of WON had reported that AEW is "obviously" interested in bringing Dean Ambrose aboard.

As reported by Slice Wrestling, AEW have made a major offer to Dean Ambrose. They stated that Ambrose was offered a contract around $6 Million per year, which would be more than what Roman Reigns or Seth Rollins make in WWE.
If indeed true, it looks like AEW are trying their level best to bring the former CZW Superstar on board.
