Tonight at WWE Starrcade, the originally scheduled Last Man Standing match between Bobby Lashley and Rusev didn't take place, as Lana cut a promo stating that Rusev was banned due to the restraining order against him. Thus, Lashley won the match via forfeit. Things didn't end here though, as Kevin Owens came out and insulted the duo, followed by a match that saw Rusev interfering and attacking Lashley, giving him a DQ victory over Owens. Here's what Owens had to say to Lana before the match:

You know what Lana, what do you want? You want Bobby to ignore me right now? Bobby, ignore me, like Lana has been ignoring that stupid Russian accent of hers that she had for five years. Or you could also ignore me like everyone has been ignoring your career since the two of you got together.
The rivalry between Rusev and Lashley has been going on for a while now. With the scheduled match between the two not coming to fruition tonight, fans can hopefully expect the match to happen somewhere down the line, at a future event.
