WWE Hell in a Cell takes place later tonight from the ThunderDome and there are two matches in contention for the main event of the PPV - the WWE Championship match between Drew McIntyre and Randy Orton and the SmackDown Women’s Championship match between Bayley and Sasha Banks. Both matches will take place inside the dreaded Hell in a Cell structure. With both matches strong contenders for the main event, it will be interesting to see which one WWE ends up going with.

WrestleVotes had earlier reported that Bayley vs. Sasha Banks was going to the main event of Hell in a Cell PPV. However, PWInsider is now saying that the WWE Championship match between Drew McIntyre and Randy Orton is still set to main event the PPV. According to the report, the plan as of Saturday morning was to have McIntyre and Orton main event the Hell in a Cell PPV.

We will have to wait and see what decision WWE make with the main event of tonight’s PPV.
