WWE Crown Jewel is airing this Saturday and the Sports Entertainment juggernaut is looking to make history. World Heavyweight Champion Gunther will clash with Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes to crown the first-ever Crown Jewel Champion.

Unfortunately, The American Nightmare has to have eyes in the back of his head. Gunther's Imperium running mate Ludwig Kaiser will almost certainly be ringside or interfere in some way. Thankfully, a legend could return and help Cody: Dustin Rhodes.

Dustin Rhodes is the brother of The American Nightmare. While the two grew up without much of a relationship, wrestling later brought them together. They held tag team gold together and could reunite to fight off Imperium just as they did to fight The Shield over a decade ago.

Some fans may be surprised at the idea of Dustin helping Cody in WWE given that he's a champion in Ring of Honor and has been working with All Elite Wrestling. News has recently broke that Rhodes is actually a free agent, which means a return is possible.

Given that Randy Orton is busy with Cody's former friend Kevin Owens, there aren't many left who can help The American Nightmare out. Making a call to his older brother could be the best way to survive Imperium in Saudi Arabia.

Dustin's Rhodes Wrestling Academy could work with WWE ID

If Dustin Rhodes were to return to WWE, he wouldn't just be an on-screen figure. Of course, he'd be great in-ring and as a character. He has been excellent in those roles for decades now. Still, there is another major spot for him too.

Triple H and World Wrestling Entertainment recently announced the WWE ID program. This new program is similar to the NIL project, but instead of focusing on college athletes, it instead helps independent wrestlers navigate their way to the biggest wrestling company on Earth.

Five schools have been announced to be working with World Wrestling Entertainment so far, but Dustin Rhodes' training academy could also potentially be involved if he returns to the Sports Entertainment juggernaut.

Dustin runs the Rhodes Wrestling Academy out of Leander, Texas. While there is already a Texas school affiliated with the program via Booker T's Reality of Wrestling, that academy is in Houston, which is around three hours away. As a result, there is certainly room for Triple H and company officials to welcome the Rhodes Wrestling Academy as part of the new program if he returns.
