Smackdown Women's Championship: Carmella (c.) vs. Becky Lynch

While Carmella has been a stellar heel champion on the blue brand, a series of bland matches with Charlotte Flair and Asuka have done to legitimize Carmella as a true champion. However, it is still early on in her reign atop Smackdown Live's women's division, and what better way to give her a breakout match than go against the lass-kicker, Becky Lynch.

Lynch has rebounded gloriously since Wrestlemania 34, putting away any doubts in her winning efforts against The Iiconics and an outstanding performance in the women's Money in the Bank Ladder match in June.

While Carmella still has Asuka to worry about at Extreme Rules, expect her to retain with even more interference from a returning James Ellsworth. Lynch could continue to rack up more big wins en route to Summerslam, making this match a must-see.

Lynch is phenomenal between the ropes, and she could be a great champion to go up against the Princess of Staten Island at the biggest party of the summer just across the way in Brooklyn.
