WWE Superstar Liv Morgan is putting the Women’s World Championship on the line against Rhea Ripley on RAW’s Netflix debut. The Judgment Day member has managed to gain the upper hand over Mami so far via interference from Dominik Mysterio and Raquel Rodriguez. Interestingly, she could now receive help from her ex-girlfriend Lana, who may screw up Ripley’s championship hopes once again.
Born CJ Perry, the 39-year-old star was released from WWE back in 2021. She debuted as the manager of Rusev (AEW’s Miro) and later ditched him to get in the ring herself. Before her departure, she almost married Bobby Lashley as part of a storyline in December 2019. However, Liv Morgan claimed to be Lana’s lover, crashing the wedding and sabotaging it.

Speaking to The Ringer Wrestling Worldwide podcast, the Women’s World Champion had noted that this was easily one of the top five moments of her WWE career. Moreover, Perry also recently teased a return to the Stamford-based promotion by asking her fans on social media if she should come back for RAW’s Netflix era.

Lana could join The Judgment Day and be the heel crew’s new manager. Thus, Liv Morgan can have another ace up her sleeve against Rhea Ripley on January 6, 2025, who could help her win the Last Woman Standing match. While this is a possible direction in which the story can move, all of this is speculation so far.

The Judgment Day has seen several cracks within its ranks for quite a few weeks now. The group has already split into two parts because of Finn Balor’s desire for power, who now hangs out separately with JD McDonagh. Moreover, Balor and Liv Morgan don’t even seem to be on speaking terms right now.
Interestingly, if Lana returns to WWE and joins the heel crew as its manager, she could help the stable stay united. Additionally, since she would be favoring Morgan, she could help the inaugural Women’s Crown Jewel Champion take control of the group as well. Holding the reins of one of WWE’s most popular acts would further add to her credibility as the greatest Women’s World Champion of all time.
The reunion of Lana and Liv Morgan could also create new tensions as well. Right now, Morgan is in an on-screen romantic relationship with Dominik Mysterio. Adding an ex-girlfriend to the mix would definitely make her "Daddy Dom" jealous. It will be interesting to see if and when CJ Perry returns to WWE.
