Liv Morgan to drop her WWE Women’s World Championship in squash match at Survivor Series? Major swerve explored

Liv Morgan will defend her Women's World Championship against IYO SKY, who won a Battle Royal on Monday and became the No.1 contender for the title. The leader of Damage CTRL will look to reclaim gold for the first time after her WrestleMania 40 loss to Bayley, but the reigning champion is expected to be a tough opponent.

Things could turn upside down for Liv, though, due to interference from her on-screen boyfriend, Dominik Mysterio. Dirty Dom has helped Morgan retain her championship and played a key role in her rivalry with Rhea Ripley, doing a great job as a heel. Still, he could be the one to cost her the title following a betrayal in the match against IYO at Survivor Series.

Mysterio could recreate a moment from WrestleMania 28, when AJ Lee kissed Daniel Bryan once his title match against Sheamus started, eventually costing him the title. Fast-forward to today, Dirty Dom could get onto the apron and kiss Liv, distracting her and allowing IYO SKY to capitalize and win the championship.

Should this happen, Liv could blame Mysterio and break up with him, while the latter could have a face turn and leave The Judgment Day, eventually ending up reuniting with Rhea Ripley when the latter is back from her injury.

Bianca Belair took a shot at Liv Morgan after RAW confrontation

Bianca Belair and Liv Morgan had a confrontation on Monday Night RAW, which ended with The EST of WWE hitting the reigning Women's World Champion in the face.

After the show, Belair took a shot at Morgan on social media, hinting at a future feud between the two.

"1. Don’t ever come for my tag team or attack my character...2. The quickest way to get me to do SOMETHING is to tell me that I’m not going to do SOMETHING...Next time at least swing back...how you gona be a bully but can’t fight?" the reigning Women's Tag Team Champion wrote on her account on X.

Following Monday's confrontation, it remains to be seen if Bianca Belair will emerge as Liv Morgan's future opponent if she defeats IYO SKY to retain her title.
