Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez took a detour to WWE NXT last night and whilst they were there they attacked Rhea Ripley and left her a bloody mess.

Ripley and Morgan have had quite a feud over the past six months and in that time both women have broken the rules. Adam Pearce will have to act after this latest attack since Morgan and Rodriguez actually acted in a criminal manner.

Rather than fining the two women or even suspending them ahead of Crown Jewel when they are already on their way to Saudi Arabia, he could make an announcement as part of the show.

Right now it's unclear how injured Rhea Ripley is, which means that she could dust herself off and get on a flight to Saudi Arabia herself. This could lead to Pearce announcing that after she has competed in the Crown Jewel Championship match on Saturday afternoon, she will also be forced to defend her Championship against Rhea Ripley.

Morgan isn't defending her title as part of the show, but given her actions at NXT, Pearce is within his rights to force her to defend.

Liv Morgan has defeated Rhea Ripley since her return

Liv Morgan had been acting like a coward and trying to avoid conflict with Rhea Ripley before Raquel Rodriguez made her return and cost Morgan the match at Bad Blood.

Morgan was able to defeat Ripley at SummerSlam thanks to Dominik Mysterio, who then turned his back on Mami. The couple has since been targeting the former Women's Champion in the months that have followed and after the assault in the NXT parking lot, she is well within her rights to want revenge and to ask Adam Pearce to step up and make an announcement.
