Back from the break, Dario Cueto is in the locker room with The Mack. Cueto tries to suck up to The Mack but The Mack pushes him off. Cueto informs The Mack that his match tonight would not be a title match. Mack looks pissed off, Cueto informs that this would be a warm up for his title match next week.
Mack tells him that he is not interested in warm-up matches. Cueto informs him that this match is also important in a way as the winner would determine the stipulation for the championship match next week. Mack asks whether Cueto is a gambling man and tells him to always bet on The Mack.
Johnny Mundo vs The Mack – Winner picks the stipulation for the Championship match
Johnny Mundo controls the earliest portion of the match with his superior agility. He trash-talks The Mack and calls him names. Soon the action spills outside and The Mack gets the control of the match by delivering a devastating German Suplex. Mack tries to take advantage but Mundo pushes him onto the barricade to create some separation.
Both men roll into the ring and the action continues with Mundo in control. Mundo taunts The Mack and takes his time to trash talk him. Mundo pays for it when The Mack fights back and delivers a vicious lariat. The Mack goes on a roll after that lariat by delivering Spinning Back Elbow and People’s Elbow. Mundo tries to battle back but The Mack hits a Samoan Drop to stop him in his tracks.
Mack follows it up with a kip up and delivers a Standing Moonsault. He goes for the Rock Bottom, but Mundo counters it. Mack then connects with a Pop-up Forearm and goes for the cover. Mundo gets his feet on the rope to break the count. Several near falls follow in the match with The Mack trying to put away Mundo.
Mack goes for the Stunner and Mundo pushes him on the referee. Mack goes for a sit out Power Bomb and connects, but as the referee was not available for some time he only gets a two-count. The Worldwide Underground rush to the ring to distract The Mack. Mundo hits a low blow and pins The Mack
Result: Johnny Mundo defeats The Mack via pinfall.
The Worldwide Underground then attack The Mack after celebrating their win. Evans and Black hold The Mack down and Mundo addresses him. Mundo calls The Mack a fat piece of crap that can barely last ten minutes in the ring with him. Mundo reveals that the title match will be an All Night Long Match between Mundo and The Mack. Johnny Curb Stomps The Mack for good measure and calls him a fat piece of crap before walking away.
As The Underground celebrate their victory on the ramp, Mil Muerters and Catrina appear on the top. The Underground heads for cover through the audience, but Mil attacks Vampiro at the broadcast table. He drags him to the ring and continues to attack him viciously. Prince Puma arrives and heads to save Vampiro, his new master. Vampiro tells Puma to remain on the apron and not intervene. Mil ends the show by delivering a Flatliner to Vampiro as Puma watches on.
