WWE SummerSlam could see a major title switch hands when the event takes place in less than 10 days. This title change could alter one storyline and multiple superstars' careers in many ways. At The Biggest Party of the Summer, Logan Paul will defend his United States Championship against LA Knight.
Many feel The Megastar will claim the championship for his first title in the main roster. Losing the championship at SummerSlam could mean even bigger prospects for Logan Paul and here is why.
Logan Paul could make a huge comeback after potential SummerSlam hiatus
The Maverick seemingly only wrestles in WWE during its big events and its shows in big historic arenas, the rest of the time, he is not even on WWE TV. Losing his US Title at SummerSlam to LA Knight could actually be a blessing in disguise.
Losing his title could mean he can go on a hiatus and come back around Survivor Series to challenge Cody Rhodes if he is still the Undisputed WWE Champion. He could level up his career by going after The American Nightmare and the biggest prize in the industry.
Logan Paul will look for revenge on Cody Rhodes
At the King and Queen of the Ring Premium Live Event earlier this year, Logan Paul challenged Cody Rhodes for the WWE Undisputed Championship. After a hard-fought battle, The Maverick just fell short in his pursuit of the title.
Post SummerSlam, if he does take a hiatus, the US Champ could come back and go straight after Cody Rhodes. Not only will the Undisputed WWE Championship be in his sight, Logan would get payback at The American Nightmare for his previous loss. The next big event after SummerSlam is the Survivor Series, where the WWE Universe could see both superstars battle at that show for the biggest prize.
Logan Paul is ready to take the big step
The United States Champion has faced a lot of flak since becoming a WWE Superstar. He came in from the world of social media and still hasn't been totally accepted by the WWE Universe.
However, Paul has made it a point to prove everyone wrong match after match with his performances in the ring. His performance at the Royal Rumble, and matches against Roman Reigns, Ricochet, Cody Rhodes, and Rey Mysterio prove he is ready to handle the big names, and occasions.
The only problem if Paul goes after the WWE Undisputed Championship and wins it, is his schedule. One of the biggest complaints fans had about Roman Reigns' title reign was his schedule and number of title defenses. The same could happen if Logan Paul goes after the title here and ends up winning it.
