Even though we are six weeks away from the Royal Rumble, the first Premium Live Event of 2025, there has already been speculation on who will compete in the 30-man Royal Rumble Match.

John Cena could be part of it since this will be the last time in his legendary career that he will compete in the event, while Logan Paul, who was drafted to RAW recently, is also expected to be a participant.

A superstar who will make his debut in the match could be Jacob Fatu. The new Bloodline member has done a great job over the six months that he has been part of the main roster. Fatu currently has no direction, as Solo Sikoa is the one who continues The Bloodline civil war with Roman Reigns, so making his debut at the Royal Rumble could be the next step in his WWE booking.

WWE creative is likely to push Jacob Fatu going forward and a win at the Rumble in his first appearance would be the best scenario for him and will ensure him a title shot at WrestleMania 41.

Jacob Fatu could go after Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship, creating a new angle in The Bloodline's rivalry with The American Nightmare.

Former WWE Champion says it would be 'cool' to return at the Royal Rumble

The Royal Rumble match is a place where former many WWE Superstars make their return either for a one-off appearance or to have another stint with the company.

Likewise, a superstar who could return for a one-off appearance at the Royal Rumble could be Dolph Ziggler. He left WWE in September 2023 and is the current TNA World Champion.

In a recent interview with the Daily Star, Nic Nemeth said it would be 'cool' to return as Dolph Ziggler one more time.

"A Rumble spot, though? Dude, that’s so cool...WWE’s killing it right now. To do something fun, wear my old trunks, get the old music to play, come out there, and kick somebody in the face? That would be awesome. But the most important thing would be creating a viral moment, so I could talk about TNA. That’s the only reason I’d want to do it," Nic Nemeth said. [h/t ITR Wrestling]

Based on the current collaboration between TNA and WWE, it would make sense for Nic Nemeth to return at the Rumble. Fans have seen the same taking place on NXT, with TNA Women's Champion Jordynne Grace showing up on multiple occasions.
