Maxxine Dupri may create WWE's next singles main eventer; It's not Otis

On the RAW episode following WWE Backlash, Maxxine Dupri accompanied Otis to the ring alongside Chad Gable for his match against Mustafa Ali. Although Otis had an overwhelming amount of support, his corner broke into an argument mid-fight, and without instructions, Otis failed to overcome Ali.

The company seems to be pushing the Alpha Academy duo farther apart as the weeks go forward, yet still keeping their association with one another.

Gable has impressed the WWE Universe with his last few singles matches. Now that Otis is currently pursuing his own storyline with Maximum Male Models, the former Olympian may go on to become a serious singles competitor.

Chad Gable was speculated to appear in the World Heavyweight Championship tournament, but was ultimately left out. The former Olympian shared his disappointment over missing out on his Twitter account. However, this could lead to Gable challenging for the WHC after he has gained some momentum.

While it was rumored that the Alpha Academy would split up months ago, with their recent appearance it is still unclear when WWE will be giving Gable his singles push.

WWE Hall of Famer is a massive fan of Chad Gable

Now that the former Olympian has permanently gotten rid of the Shorty-G persona, he has finally proven himself a serious competitor on the roster. In the last few months, he has had energetic performances against decorated top stars like Seth Rollins and even Cody Rhodes. Gable is currently making a name for himself, and it has not gone unnoticed.

WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle is one of the most famous wrestlers in the business, winning numerous championships and headlining major premium live events throughout his career. His dedication to the industry has made him a beloved figure among the WWE Universe.

The former NXT star absolutely has the potential to be at Kurt Angle's level within the promotion. The man himself also shared his thoughts on Gable during the Kurt Angle Show, mentioning that he would like the Alpha Academy member to portray him in a biopic. This came after it was reported that the company is set to release a documentary on the 54-year-old.
