Charlotte won, and lost her ninth Women's Championship

While there were certainly some booking decisions to criticise at Money in the Bank, having Bayley walk out as the new SmackDown Women's Champion was certainly not one of them.

The match between Lynch and Charlotte was not up there with the women's finest and was once again let down by a so-so finish, but the post-match action, which saw Bayley save Lynch from an attack from Evans and Flair and then cash in on Charlotte, was brilliantly executed.

Having Flair win the title was a smart move and one that got instant heat and was the perfect way of setting up Bayley's big moments.

It's crazy how much Bayley has turned around in the last month and this angle also sets us up with two separate feuds on each brand for the women's division.

Random thought- is Charlotte going to be the one to break her father's record and not John Cena?
