#1 Braun Strowman and 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt
In all honesty, the rest of this article took less time as compared to the hours I had to spend being confused before making my pick between both these Superstars. But before I state my reasons for putting both their names in this list, allow me to mention that this is the one feud that deserves a live audience more than anything.
Can you imagine the chants echoing across the arena, given the history between Braun Strowman and "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt? Unfortunately, that's not going to happen at the Money in the Bank PPV, but they both are expected to deliver a solid bout.
I believe that WWE creative should have waited before booking this feud because of its immense potential. Now, WWE have booked themselves in a corner as they can't afford to make either of the two Superstars look weak. The Fiend was pinned by Goldberg which seemed to have affected his credibility and losing against Strowman at Money in the Bank will not really help him regain his momentum.
On the other hand, it is too soon for the Monster Among Men to lose his title. Strowman has had a history of great runs meeting with underwhelming endings, but that shouldn't be repeated now that he has finally won a title that he has deserved for so long.
Using him as a mere transitional champion is going to do a lot of damage to his momentum and it would be unfair to do so, especially when a Superstar of his caliber is on the receiving end. At Money in the Bank, there will be a lot more than on the line and not just his title.
WWE have to ensure that both Superstars look strong coming out of their highly-anticipated encounter. I would prefer seeing both of them engage in an extended rivalry, but that will only be possible if Strowman is allowed to successfully challenge for the title of at all he ends up losing it at Money in the Bank.
The other options for the WWE Creative include ending this match via disqualification or by Strowman picking a win over Bray Wyatt and not The Fiend. The possibilities are endless, and so are the risks. Hence, it will be interesting to see the results of their encounter scheduled for this Sunday.
