#1 Shouldn’t happen: WWE Universal Championship feud reduced to a one-off encounter at Money in the Bank
The WWE Universe has waited for a long time for a feud between Braun Strowman and ‘The Fiend’ Bray Wyatt. The sheer history between both these Superstars is enough to make this rivalry interesting.
The fans became more invested considering the fact that the two are involved in the WWE Universal Championship feud. Both Strowman and Bray are set to lock horns at Money in the Bank with the title on the line.
The two Superstars involved in this match are genuinely over with the crowd and can keep the entire WWE fan base divided. For that, however, both these Superstars need to engage in an extended feud. WWE must ensure that they capitalise well on this opportunity by not reducing their rivalry to a one-off encounter at Money in the Bank.
If Strowman fails in defending his title against Bray, WWE should make sure that they have a plan to keep both these Superstars involved in an intense rivalry until SummerSlam. The Monster Among Men has waited a long time before getting his hands on the gold.
It would be extremely unfair if he is reduced to a transitional champion. Instead, he deserves a respectable championship reign and Bray can certainly help him with that. Irrespective of the winner of their upcoming match at Money in the Bank, the creatives should plan a well-narrated storyline involving both these Superstars and the Universal Championship.
