No, Naomi is not a Grand Slam Champion. To become a Grand Slam Champion, one needs to win four titles including three titles as a singles wrestler, one of them generally being a World Championship with a tag team championship. Naomi only won the WWE SmackDown Women's Title two times and the WWE Women's Tag Team Title one time. These titles made her a three-time titleholder, but not a Grand Slam Champion. Based on her championships, Naomi does not fulfill the criteria of being called a Grand Slam Champion in WWE.
