The WWE Universe has been missing a major superstar for almost 10 months now. The 14-time world champion is currently recovering from a bad injury, having suffered tears of ACL, MCL, and meniscus. The star in question is Charlotte Flair who recently reacted to a major tribute paid to her.
The Queen fought her last match against Damage CTRL’s Asuka on December 8, 2023, where she injured herself. Following this, she has been constantly engaging with her fans via social media and letting them know about her recovery progress.
Interestingly, one of her fans shared an artwork of Flair holding all the WWE championship belts she has won in her career. Reacting to this, she posted three fire emojis via a post on X.

The fan beautifully captured the fact that Flair’s accomplishments extend beyond her 14 world titles in WWE. So far, she hasn’t been cleared by the company’s medical team and no fixed date for her return has been announced. Despite this, Charlotte Flair recently sent a message that suggested that she could be back in the ring soon.
Charlotte Flair sends a mixed message to WWE fans
Charlotte Flair may be out with an injury for a long time. However, The Queen knows how to keep her fans guessing at all times. Recently, she took to X (fka Twitter) and posted a picture of herself sipping on a drink at her home. Notably, the caption of her post seemingly carried a mixed message.
"Your queen is waiting - BEND THE KNEE," she wrote.
Although ‘bending the knee’ is a gesture to show respect to the rulers, the words are written separately and in the uppercase. Thus, it could also imply that her knee has healed and she is able to bend it better now. The landscape on SmackDown has changed a lot since Flair got injured.
Damage CTRL has now turned babyface and the WWE Women’s Championship is in the hands of a new heel, Nia Jax. Moreover, another heel, Tiffany Stratton has the Money in the Bank contract and sticks to Jax like her shadow.
The babyfaces Bayley and Naomi seem divided and Bianca Belair is currently focusing on the tag team championship. It would be interesting to see how The Queen disrupts this landscape once again when she returns.
