A two-time WWE Champion made a surprise return on the latest episode of RAW and attacked Sami Zayn. That would be none other than Drew McIntyre.

The Scottish Warrior was last seen in action at Bad Blood 2024, where he lost to CM Punk in a Hell in a Cell Match, ending their lengthy rivalry. The Second City Saint competed at Survivor Series: WarGames 2024 this past Saturday, as he was a member of the OG Bloodline's team in the Men's WarGames Match against Solo Sikoa's Bloodline.

CM Punk kicked off RAW this week and announced that he has his sights set on the 2025 Royal Rumble and WrestleMania 41. It's speculated that he will face Seth Rollins at the event, which means that his chapter with Drew McIntyre is over, and that the two stars have gone their separate paths.

In the main event of this week's RAW, Sami Zayn had a match against The Visionary. Jey Uso was attacked backstage by a mystery suspect, and Sami accused Seth of being the culprit. Rollins denied it as much as he could, and Zayn threw away the chair that he had in his hand.

Seth immediately pinned the latter to win the match. After the bout, Sami got hit with a Claymore Kick by a man wearing a hoodie. It was revealed to be none other than Drew McIntyre. He is officially back in WWE.
