Former WWE NXT Women's Tag Team Champion Cora Jade has taken to social media to provide an update on her recovery. She has been sidelined with an injury for five months.

The 23-year-old star suffered a torn ACL during an NXT house show on January 12, 2024. She was involved in a match against Lyra Valkyria in the main event of the show for the NXT Women’s Championship. Cora underwent surgery less than two weeks later and is currently on the road to recovery.

Cora Jade recently took to X/Twitter to share a clip of her taking a Biodex test, which is used to assess and train muscle function. She wrote that it was her first time doing the test five months after she got injured.

It remains to be seen when will the 23-year-old star make her return to NXT.

WWE NXT Superstar Cora Jade is interested in joining The Judgment Day

The Judgment Day is the biggest faction on Monday Night RAW and one of the biggest factions in WWE. With Rhea Ripley expected to be sidelined for a few months more, Damian Priest is steering the ship as the current World Heavyweight Champion.

During an appearance on Sony Sports Network's Extraaa Dhamaal show, Cora Jade spoke about the internal conflict that The Judgment Day had and said she was interested in joining the fearsome faction.

"Sometimes family fights. Sometimes families have problems. But I feel like they always fix it in the end. So I'm hoping that The Judgment Day can come back together, fix all their problems, and be a strong family. Maybe one day I'll be able to join that family. We'll see," Cora Jade said.

Back in October 2023, Cora Jade picked Rhea Ripley to face Roxanne Perez on an episode of NXT as part of the Pick Their Poison stipulation. Jade and Perez were later involved in a feud after winning the NXT Women's Tag Team Championship together, and they settled it in a Weapons Wild Match at NXT Halloween Havoc.
