Tonight's edition of WWE SmackDown has been somewhat chaotic for Nick Aldis. Although he is waiting for Kevin Owens, he also has to deal with the concerns of other superstars, including those who have come over from RAW.
Aldis was in the middle of a meeting with the OG Bloodline's Sami Zayn. The Underdog from the Underground had come to request a match with the New Bloodline on tonight's SmackDown, but that was when Carmelo Hayes intervened.
Hayes strolled into Nick Aldis' office to deliver a Christmas card, annoying Sami Zayn. He tried to give the 30-year-old some advice, specifically about how one shouldn't interrupt two people in the middle of a meeting, but Hayes didn't care.
He simply proceeded to insult Zayn and demanded what the former Intercontinental Champion was doing on "his show". This seemed to visibly anger Nick Aldis, but before he could say anything, the OG Bloodline member chimed in and requested a match, and the SmackDown GM was more than happy to oblige.
Honorary Uce Sami Zayn will take on Carmelo Hayes later tonight. It is sure to be a match with a lot of eyes on it. After all, both Zayn and Hayes have enemies on the blue brand, enemies that would love nothing more than to see them fall.
