Booker T wasn't happy as a long championship reign ended at NXT: New Year's Evil. Not only was he unhappy, but he hilariously accused fellow commentator Corey Graves of the title change happening.

The first match of NXT: New Year's Evil 2025 saw Booker T's protege and long-time NXT Women's Champion Roxanne Perez go up against Giulia in a rematch. The last time the two faced off, Cora Jade returned to help her old friend/enemy, which directly resulted in Perez's reign extending to a whopping 276 days.

That 276-day reign ended in the hands of 30-year-old Giulia as she won the NXT Women's Championship tonight. Booker T hilariously and frantically shouted, "It's your fault!" to Corey Graves, insinuating that he was somehow responsible for the title change.

That was, of course, a bit of humor from the WWE Hall of Famer's side. He was upset that his protege Roxanne Perez was no longer Champion, but he only had to feel proud over how far she had come.

There aren't superstars like Roxanne Perez very often, and it's mind-blowing to think that she's only a little over 23. As for Corey Graves, he appears to be back on NXT as a third commentator.

It was a great way to kick off the night.
