WWE has been re-signing and releasing superstars in the past few months. Recently, it was revealed that Legado Del Fantasma's Angel Garza signed with the promotion for the next three years ahead of the Money in the Bank Premium Live Event in Canada.
Last year, Angel Garza and Humberto Carrillo shocked the world by assisting Santos Escobar on Friday Night SmackDown. The tag team moved to WWE's main roster and helped Escobar create a new iteration of his old faction under Triple H's regime.
The 31-year-old star was heavily used in the tag team division of the developmental brand under Shawn Michaels' creative leadership. Earlier this month, Garza revealed on Facebook that he re-signed with the promotion, and the new deal covers another three years with WWE.
"No, I have not left. In fact, I just re-signed for another three years. It was an offer I straight-up could not reject, so there is that," Garza said. [H/T: Fightful]

Angel Garza previously held the Cruiserweight Championship in WWE
In 2019, Angel Garza made his presence felt on WWE's developmental brand under Triple H's leadership. The star quickly rose to the top under The Game's creative guidance on the then-black and gold brand.
Earlier that year, the Cruiserweight Championship moved to the developmental brand after a decent run on Monday Night RAW. Later, the title was rebranded for NXT, and several notable names went after the gold.
By the end of the year, Angel Garza claimed the NXT Cruiserweight Championship from Lio Rush. The two stars had a heated rivalry on the brand before Garza lost the title to JD McDonagh.
After losing the title, Garza was moved to the main roster and spent a few years across both brands before returning to the developmental brand alongside Humberto Carrillo.
The popular tag team aligned with Santos Escobar on Friday Night SmackDown and reformed Legado Del Fantasma against Rey Mysterio's Latino World Order.
