WWE Superstar Maxxine Dupri, once known for her role as a valet, has significantly evolved into a skilled professional wrestler. Recently, her Alpha Academy stablemate, Otis, praised Dupri significantly, highlighting the primary factor behind her remarkable growth.
Dupri joined forces with the Alpha Academy in May 2023 after being recruited by Chad Gable. Before this, the 27-year-old female star was a member of The Maximum Male Model faction alongside LA Knight (FKA Max Dupri), Mansoor, and Mason Madden, but the group failed to achieve its full potential.
Despite a win-loss record that doesn't fully reflect her progress, Maxxine Dupri has significantly improved her in-ring abilities since her debut as a valet on the NXT brand in 2022.
In an interview with Chris Van Vliet on INSIGHT, the former Mr. Money in the Bank expressed his admiration for Maxxine Dupri's growth in WWE. Otis mentioned that her friendship with Chelsea Green has been a positive influence, with the SmackDown Superstar giving Dupri immense confidence and support.
The 32-year-old star praised the overall talent and quality of WWE's Women's Division, highlighting Zoey Stark as a standout performer.
"It helps that her best friend is Chelsea [Green] too. And Chelsea's like, 'Oh yeah, you're gonna do that, aren't ya [sic]?' You know what I mean? Just that confidence builder. I love our whole women's division, to be honest with you. I'm a big Zoey Stark guy; she’s a bada*s worker! We have a stud-a** Women's Division for sure," Otis said. [H/T: CVV]

Maxxine Dupri comments on major betrayal on WWE RAW
Since Ivy Nile joined the main roster, she and The Alpha Queen developed a close friendship on WWE RAW, often teaming up in matches. However, their dynamic shifted after Master Gable left the Alpha Academy to ally with The Creed Brothers and form American Made.
Last month on the Monday Night Show, Otis and Akira Tozawa locked horns with Julius and Brutus Creed in a Texas Tornado Match. During the encounter, Ivy Nile shockingly turned on Maxxine Dupri and joined forces with American Made.
Later, in a RAW Exclusive interview with Cathy Kelley, the Alpha Academy star stated that she was upset about Ivy Nile's betrayal. Dupri felt abandoned and heartbroken by her former ''closest'' friend's actions.
"Look, I'm in pain—physically, emotionally, I'm heartbroken. She [Ivy Nile] was one of my closest friends here, and this is why they [Alpha Academy] are my family, the only people I can trust around here," said Dupri.
It will be interesting to see if The Alpha Queen and Ivy Nile square off in a singles match on WWE RAW in the coming weeks.
