WWE’s Byron Saxton isn’t having the greatest luck interviewing wrestlers backstage on SmackDown of late. This time, a 35-year-old superstar got ambushed while speaking to the veteran interviewer and commentator. The woman in question is Mia Yim who was blindsided by Piper Niven.
Mia is involved in a feud with Chelsea Green right now. While the Canadian Superstar has the upper hand in this feud right now, The OC member is looking forward to leveling the difference in a Dumpster Match. Speaking to Byron Saxton, Mia Yim was making fun of a training video released by Green where she was seen fumbling around with trash.
While Mia confidently said that she would be putting The Hot Mess in a dumpster, Green’s ally Piper Niven hit her with a trash can. The Scotswoman landed two more blows before lifting Michin’s face up and passed a message from Chelsea Green before slamming the trash can on her once again and walking away.

Mia Yim had thanked a WWE legend for making the Dumpster Match possible
Mia Yim has been involved in some highly physical matches in recent times. This involved her recent loss to Nia Jax in a Street Fight. Despite this, she was delighted when WWE legend Vickie Guerrero tabled the idea of putting her in a Dumpster Match against Chelsea Green. She even thanked the former General Manager for the idea which made Green very uncomfortable.
While The OC member seems eager for the match, her circumstances don’t look very positive right now. She had previously defeated Piper Niven in a singles match two weeks ago. However, the Scotswoman didn’t stop attacking her despite losing the match.
Thus, she is seemingly facing another duo of wrestlers very similar to the combination of Jax and Tiffany Stratton once again. With Bayley busy with Naomi for the WWE Women's Championship's number-one contender's match, Mia doesn’t have much support for her in the WWE locker room.
It would be interesting to see how she manages to overcome this duo and beat The Hot Mess.
