A popular former WWE Superstar has offered to end her retirement and return to the company for the first time since 2022. That would be none other than Kelly Kelly.
Kelly Kelly, also known as Barbie Blank, initially signed with the Stamford-based company in 2006. She debuted in ECW and mostly performed in a non-wrestling role. In 2007, she unsuccessfully challenged for both the Divas Championship and the Women's Championship. Since leaving the company in 2012, she has made sporadic appearances in the company.
On X/Twitter, the 37-year-old responded to a tweet by Wendy Choo, who took a dig at Carlee Bright by calling her Kelly Kelly's daughter.
"Ohhhhhh does mother need to come out of retirement??? @CarleeBrightWWE let me know girl I got you!!!" Kelly Kelly shared.

Kelly Kelly spoke highly of WWE Superstar Jade Cargill
Kelly Kelly recently spoke about Jade Cargill and praised the former WWE Women's Tag Team Champion.
While speaking on Threads with Mckenzie Mitchell, the former Divas Champion stated that she has been watching Cargill closely since the latter jumped ship from AEW to WWE.
"I have just started watching Jade [Cargill], and I didn't really in AEW. But now that she's in WWE, I'm looking at her looks. I'm like, 'That's what I would be doing if I were still wrestling!' I just feel like her gear is just like very reminiscent of the Sparkles and like the glass. It's just cool!" Kelly Kelly said.
Kelly Kelly's latest appearance was at the 2022 Women's Royal Rumble Match when she entered the match at #4 before being eliminated by Sasha Banks, now known as Mercedes Mone. Before returning in 2022, she made sporadic appearances in 2019, when she became the first-ever female to win the 24/7 Championship. She also entered the 2020 Women's Royal Rumble Match the following year.
It remains to be seen if Kelly Kelly is serious about coming out of her retirement and returning to in-ring competition.
