37-year-old superstar revealed as mystery tag team partner ahead of tonight's WWE RAW

The mystery tag team partner for Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens has been revealed ahead of tonight's episode of WWE RAW.

Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens captured the Undisputed Tag Team Championships in the main event of Night 1 of WrestleMania 39. They defeated The Usos and Roman Reigns is still upset about it.

The Tribal Chief embarrassed Jimmy and Jey on a recent edition of SmackDown and announced that he will be teaming up with Solo Sikoa to challenge for the Undisputed Tag Team Championships at Night of Champions this Saturday. The tension within The Bloodline has seemingly reached a boiling point, but the champions have another dominant faction to worry about tonight on WWE RAW.

Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn are scheduled to compete against Imperium tonight in a 6-man tag team match. WWE advertised that Sami and Kevin will have to find a partner, and many fans assumed that it would be Mustafa Ali as he is challenging Gunther for the Intercontinental Championship at the premium live event this Saturday.

However, the promotion just announced on Twitter that Matt Riddle will be teaming up with Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens tonight. Riddle recently returned from a hiatus due to personal reasons, and has aligned with the champions in their rivalry against The Bloodline.

The 37-year-old was written off of television last December following a brutal attack by Solo Sikoa but returned to the company on the RAW after WrestleMania 39.
