Jey Uso won his first singles title in WWE when he defeated Bron Breakker for the Intercontinental Champion. However, the road gets tougher after becoming the champion, and the second-generation star teased that he's not done with Main Event Jey yet.

Earlier this year, Jey Uso went after the Intercontinental Championship on Monday Night RAW. After losing to Gunther, Main Event Jey handled some personal business and eventually returned to the title scene after WWE SummerSlam 2024. He went up against Bron Breakker and finally won the title.

In an interview on 99.5 WKDQ, the 26-year-old star commented on his future after losing the title to Main Event Jey. The interviewer asked Breakker if he would get revenge on the newly crowned champion. The former Intercontinental Champion teased unfinished business but ended the interview with a very vague answer.

"[Hopefully, we'll get to see your revenge on Jey Uso] We'll see. I don't know. It's pretty unpredictable times for Bron Breakker, but we're here," Breakker said. [From 10:24 to 10:34]

Bron Breakker isn't sure if WWE would grant him a rematch against Jey Uso

Rematch clauses have often been used in professional wrestling across promotions when a champion loses his title to a challenger. However, WWE has been trying to move away from the stipulation as they want new challengers and fresh matchups to take place.

Regardless, there have been instances where the management has granted a rematch or superstars have teased a rematch after losing the gold. In a recent interview, Bron Breakker also addressed the rematch clause after he lost the Intercontinental Championship to Jey Uso.

"I think so. It was my championship. I have a right to a rematch. That's how it typically goes. We'll see. I don't know. If it's not my place, I need to go elsewhere, and something else comes up, I'll answer the call," Breakker said.

It'll be interesting to see if a rematch is granted to Bron Breakker against Jey Uso or if the management decides to crown a new number-one contender for Main Event Jey's title.
