John Cena is set to return to WWE television next year to embark on his Retirement Tour. Meanwhile, a WWE veteran predicted another legend would also make his comeback after nearly two years of absence.
Brock Lesnar has been away from the Stamford-based company since August 2023. The Beast last competed at that year's SummerSlam, where he lost to the current Undisputed WWE Champion, Cody Rhodes. Amid his absence, Janel Grant's lawsuit against former chairman Vince McMahon seemingly referenced Lesnar. Nevertheless, Chief Content Officer Triple H disclosed that he would be open to speaking to The Beast Incarnate about a potential return while addressing Lesnar's future in the company earlier this year.

On the Behind The Turnbuckle: The Last Word podcast, wrestling veteran Jonathan Coachman predicted that the 10-time World Champion would return to TV in 2025.
"I think that he will be back. But Tommy, I think, right now, there are certain names that, when presented, automatically have a negative reaction to them. And I think with what's happened with Vince and Brock's mention whether he did anything or not, they would wait until after January 6th!" he said.

On Sportskeeda Wrestling's Legion of RAW podcast, former WWE head writer Vince Russo addressed Brock Lesnar's future in the Stamford-based promotion, predicting the return of The Beast Incarnate.
The wrestling veteran pointed out that it was just a matter of time before the 47-year-old legend made his comeback to television.
"I think so; I think so, bro. People forget; it takes a little time. I mean, my gosh, how many strikes has Hogan had against him with things that he said? People forget over time. So yes, I think we'll see him back in WWE. I don't think anything needs to clear up, bro; I think it's just time!" Russo said.
Wrestling veteran Magnum T.A. recently expressed his desire to see Lesnar return to face Gunther. It will be interesting to see if that happens.
