A WWE Hall of Famer recently shared some news about his health and it's not a good one. Charles Wright, more famously known as The Godfather, revealed that he is scheduled for surgery next year due to an injury.

Wright had several gimmicks in WWE, starting with Papa Shango from 1992 to 1993. He then became Kama in his second stint with the company as one of the members of the Nation of Domination. He turned into The Godfather at the height of the Attitude Era before one last gimmick change as The Goodfather as part of Right To Censor.

Speaking on the latest episode of his Pimpin' Ai'nt Easy podcast, the 63-year-old WWE legend shared an update about his health. He's dealing with problems in his right knee and has to undergo surgery to correct it. He's planning to get it next year and is looking forward to playing disc golf after his recovery.

"I still have to have my right knee done, so I'm tinkering around. I'm gonna wait until maybe February (or) March of next year, then I'm gonna get my right knee done, then I'm gonna be playing disc golf every day," The Godfather said.

The Godfather was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2016 by Farooq and Bradshaw of the APA.

Shane McMahon came up with The Godfather's signature WWE move

One of The Godfather's signature moves was called the Ho Train, wherein he winds up like a train before hitting a corner splash. Fans usually make train noises before The Godfather uses the maneuver.

On a recent AMA on his Pimpin' Ain't Easy podcast, The Godfather revealed that it was Shane McMahon who came up with the move and the name for it.

"Actually, Shane McMahon came up with Ho Train. We were in the ring one day, messing around, and Shane's in the ring with me and whoever else. Shane's like, 'You know when you Splash?' I always splashed people in the corner. That always looked cool to me. So he goes, 'You know when you do that splash, before you do it, I want you to -- Do you remember Soul Train? We're going to call it the Ho Train.' I remember him saying, 'Don't leave them hanging too long get a good wind up, and then come in and Splash him. We'll call it the Ho Train," The Godfather said. It was a pretty simple move, but it got over with the crowd, which is an important part of it. If the Ho Train was not enough, The Godfather's finishing maneuver was called The Pimp Drop.
