Jey Uso is winning titles and the hearts of female talents in WWE, as evidenced by his interactions with Rhea Ripley. Freddie Prinze Jr. recently revealed that his wife, popular actress Sarah Michelle Gellar, also finds Jey Uso handsome.

'Main Event' Jey Uso has earned his stripes the hard way in the WWE and, for years, was just seen as an exceptional tag team specialist. Following his association with The Bloodline, Jey's star power has reached unimaginable levels, leading him to his first singles championship win in WWE, the Intercontinental title.

Like many others, Freddie Prinze Jr. is also a massive admirer of Jey and showered praise on the Samoan star on his podcast. The former WWE personality also revealed that his wife recently entered the room during a segment featuring the former tag team champion. Prinze is married to Sarah Michelle Gellar, a well-known award-winning actress who starred in several high-grossing movies in a career spanning multiple decades.

Prinze Jr. said that his wife calling Jey "handsome" was a big deal, and he explained why, as you can view below:

"I'll tell you this straight up. I was watching that segment, and my wife came in, and the first words that came out of her mouth were, 'He's handsome.' Yeah, and she is a tough critic; it's like me, Benjamin Bratt, and Jey Uso. That's it. That's the freaking list, bro. So, I've always liked Jey. I've liked him more than most. I think he is a star." [From 35:48 onwards]

"Jey Uso is his own man," says Freddie Prinze Jr.

The former WWE writer was quite satisfied to witness the evolution of Uso into a confident and charismatic WWE Superstar.

Uso doesn't back down from a fight and won't tolerate anyone taking shots at him, even if it comes from Rhea Ripley, who seems to be romantically attracted to Jey.

Freddie Prinze Jr. was glad that Jey's character had developed to such a level that he wasn't afraid to stand up to anybody on the WWE roster.

"Jey Uso is his own man. You've got to understand that he is not going to take it from anybody. Not even the girl he defends the honor of. He is not going to take it from anybody. He has really kind of found himself; you can see it; he doesn't take it from anybody. Not even Rhea." [From 35:36 - 35:47]

There are a lot of expectations from Uso as he begins his first reign as the Intercontinental Champion, with several fans also keeping a keen eye on his on-screen equation with Rhea Ripley.
