Adam Pearce and Drew McIntyre have been at odds ever since the latter attacked the WWE official following the Money in the Bank scr*wjob. The Scottish Warrior took a jab at the RAW general manager after the latter suspended him indefinitely. Pearce has now reacted to McIntyre's harsh comments.
Drew McIntyre won the Money in the Bank briefcase at the namesake premium live event on Saturday. However, he was unsuccessful in cashing in the contract as CM Punk again cost him an opportunity to win the World Heavyweight Championship. An irate McIntyre went on to wreak havoc, raising his hands on Adam Pearce, who was trying to calm him down.
The Scottish Warrior was suspended for his post-Money in the Bank actions and also received an undisclosed fine. However, Drew McIntyre did not stop there, as he blamed Pearce for not doing his job properly. The RAW general manager was quick to respond to the former WWE Champion, letting him know that his fine was now doubled. Pearce also advised McIntyre to stay off social media.

Drew McIntyre will likely face CM Punk at SummerSlam
Drew McIntyre and CM Punk have been embroiled in a heated feud since the start of the year. However, Punk's injury has kept them from locking horns inside the squared circle. That could soon change, with The Best in the World seemingly nearing an in-ring return.
Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter also spoke about the potential match taking place at SummerSlam. He noted that Triple H and Co. were confident that they could pull it off.
"Right now, it is not one hundred percent as far as [CM] Punk vs. Drew [McIntyre] at SummerSlam, but I was told that it is probable. I was pretty much told that they're pretty confident in it but they can't go and say one hundred percent because it isn't one hundred percent. It's been the hope, but it's now more than a hope, now it's a plan."
While McIntyre is currently suspended, Punk only received a fine for his actions at Money in the Bank. The Best in the World also interfered in the Scotsman's title match at Clash at the Castle, after which he was brutally assaulted by the latter.
